个人简介

黎胜红,博士,二级研究员,博士/硕士研究生导师,现为成都中医药大学副校长,国家杰出青年基金、国务院政府津贴、德国洪堡奖学金获得者,国家“万人计划”领军人才、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、中科院“百人计划”(A类)等入选者。目前主要学术兼职包括国家天然药物工程技术研究中心技术委员会委员,中国中药协会中药材检测认证技术专业委员会委员,中国植物学会植物化学和资源学专业委员会委员,中国植物生理与分子生物学学会植物代谢专业委员会委员,中国生态学会化学生态专业委员会委员,中国植物保护学会常务理事/植物化感作用专业委员会主任委员,广西植物功能物质研究与开发重点实验室学术委员会副主任委员,国际期刊Frontiers in Plant Science(IF=4.4)、Chemistry & Biodiversity(IF=2.0)、Plant Communications(Cell Press)、Natural Products and Bioprospecting(Springer)的副主编或编委以及30余个SCI国际期刊的审稿人等。

研究方向:长期从事植物天然产物结构、功能与生物合成等相关研究。国际上率先建立和运用单细胞水平植物天然产物研究新技术方法LMD-cryoNMR-UPLC/MS/MS,揭示了云杉韧皮薄壁细胞和石细胞中的酚类防御物质,并为精确定位活性天然产物在植物体内的合成、运输和积累等开辟了新途径。系统开展植物腺毛中的活性天然产物研究,发现两个家族的系列新奇骨架并具有重要防御功能和抗炎免疫活性的二倍半萜类化合物130余个,在国际化学顶级期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(IF=12.9)上发表我国大陆首篇植物化学研究论文,并受邀在天然产物领域权威综述期刊Nat. Prod. Rep.(IF=12.0)发表长篇综述。鉴定了植物二倍半萜生物合成途径的关键酶GFDPS,揭示二倍半萜是在质体中通过MEP途径生物合成得到以及GFDPS从GGDPS通过正选择进化而来,填补了国际上对植物二倍半萜生物合成认识的缺失,以封面文章发表在国际植物学顶级期刊Plant Cell(IF=9.6)上。研究工作有力促进了植物化学研究向超微量、高精确度和多学科交叉方向发展。从30余种药用及特色资源植物中发现新化合物600余个,活性化合物40余个,为相关植物资源的合理利用奠定了重要物质基础和科学依据,其中抗肿瘤活性降二萜Maoecrystal V等引起了国际著名有机化学家们的长期极大关注与全合成研究。迄今在国际主流SCI期刊发表研究论文120余篇,其中第一作者及通讯(含共通)作者论文62篇,累计影响因子>200。获授权发明专利7项,以副主编出版专著1部,参编著作2部。培养毕业博士10名和毕业硕士15名,其中1人获得中国科学院院长特别奖,1人获得中国科学院院长优秀奖,1人获得中国科学院优秀博士学位论文。
